We require a meet and greet before confirming any booking. This gives us a chance to get to know you and your dog, understand their needs and personality, and ensure they’ll be a good fit with our home and our dog Twig.

It’s important to us that every dog feels safe, relaxed, and comfortable here — and that you feel confident leaving them in our care.
